Returns Policy
30 Day Return/Your right to cancel (DSR): We accept returns within 30 days of receipt under consumer contract regulations, all that we ask is that they are returned in the same condition as received. We do not pay for return postage on "change of mind" returns.
Faulty items within 30 days: We accept return of faulty items within 30 days, please contact us before sending your return as most issues can be resolved without a return. If your item is tested and found not to be faulty we do not pay for return postage costs.
Faulty items after 30 days (Manufacturer's warranty): If your purchased item has a manufacturers warranty and is faulty after the initial 30 days, we highly recommend contacting the manufacturer for warranty service. We are happy to assist you with this in any way possible.
Faulty items after 30 days (TAB Retail LTD warranty): If your item is faulty and can not be repaired or a suitable replacement offered then we will of course give you a full refund.
Shipping
Our free postage currently only ships to the UK. We only use first class and next day courier services for UK mainland orders, orders before 2pm will be shipped the same day!
Please note for remote parts of the UK or overseas there may not be a next day service available.
